نقاب ِ چشم مسلسل  اٹھائی  جاتی  ہے
Whenever Those veiled eyes encounter me
میں پی چکا تھا مگر پھر پلائی جاتی ہے
Although I am already drunk, still they offer me
جھلک سے طور پر بجلی گرائی جاتی ہے
In the blink of sight, light is knocked down
یہ آگ خود نہیں لگتی لگائی جاتی ہے
This fire doesn't start burning itself, rather it is soared himself
تم اپنی مست نگاہوں کو کیوں نہیں کہتے
Why don't you resist your eyes,
ہمیں شراب کی تہمت لگائی جاتی ہے
We are always accused of drinking
ہمارے درد سے جب تم کو واسطہ ہی نہیں
If you don't have any concerns with my pain
تو پھر نظر سے نظر کیوں ملائی جاتی ہے
Then why do you match your eyes with me
وہی لٹی میرے صبر و قرار کی دنیا
The world of my sufferance and patience mugged there
جہاں زمانے کی بگڑی بنائی جاتی ہے
Where the damages of people are fixed
قریب منزل مقصود اور فراق جگر
The destination is quite near far away is Jigar
سفر تمام ہوا نیند آئی جاتی ہے
The journey now come to an end and drowsiness is now looming
