 are like the beauty of Rome
لدہا پری تے چن اجاڑ وچوں
As a fairy walks through
the wilderness (darkness
ابر اوہدتے اوندھ ولٹ مصری
Fade clouds and as the thread is
 stitched through the white sugar
چمک نکلے میان دی دهار وچّوں
She shines like a sword
drawn from the sheath
جو کوئی ویکھدا اوس دے حسن تائیں
Whoever takes sight of her beauty
زخم لگدا اوس تلوار وچّوں
He gets wounded by that sword
