ہرشیشہ ٹوٹ جاتا ہےپتھر کی چوٹ سے
Every glass is broken
with the smash of stone

پتھر ہی ٹوٹ جائے وہ شیشہ تلاش کر
Find a glass that can
 break the stone

سجدوں سےتیرےکیاہواصدیاں گزرگئیں
What happened? How many centuries
have passed since your prostrations

دنیا تیری بدل دے.. وہ سجدہ تلاش کر
Find such a prostrate which
may change your world

ایمان تیرا لُٹ گیا رہزن کے ہاتھوں سے
Your faith has been taken
away by the hands of robbers

ایماں تیرا بچا لےوہ رہبر تلاش کر
Find such a leader (guide) which
 may save your faith

ہرشخص جل رہاہےعداوت کی آگ میں
Everyone is burning in
the fire of enmity

اس آگ کو بجھادے وہ پانی تلاش کر
Find the water to snuff this fire

کرے سوار اونٹ پہ اپنے غلام کو
Let him ride a camel to his slave
پیدل ہی خود چلے جو وہ آقا تلاش کر

And walks on his own feet, find such
a lordeverything by become paramour
