فضل کریں تے بخشے جاون میں جے منہ کالے
If you do benevolence, the black
 faces like me will be forgiven
 
عشق نیئیں ہوندا نال تعویزاں تے چھڈ دے قلم دواتاں
Love can't be performed with talisman
then give up pen and Inkstand

عشق جنہاں دی ہڈیں رچیا او نئیں پچھدے ذاتاں
In whomever's bone, love is mixed
they don't care about identity

اچیاں نال رکھای جس نے چلہے دے وچ وڑیا
Whoever is afflicted with arrogance
 is always burned in the fire

نیواں ہو کے لنگ محمدلنگ جائینگا اٙڑیا
Pass through it lowering Muhammad,
you will get through easily

چپ کرسیں تے موتی ملسن صبر کریں تے ہیرے
Pearls will be given if you kept silence
 with patience you will get diamonds

پاگلاں وانگو رولا پاویں تے نہ موتی نہ ہیرے
If you made a noise like insane
you will not get pearls nor diamonds
