The people are inquiring that

what has happened to you, O Poor

کیہ دساں لوکاں جھلیاں نوں

 کیوں جھلی ہو کے ره گئی آں

What I tell these mad (crazy) people

 that why I have become mad

دنیا س اری چھڈ کے تے

میں راہ فکر دے پۓ گئی آں

I have taken the path of thought (spiritual enlightenment)

leaving the world behind

ہر دم یار نوں ویکھاں میں

بس یاردی ہو کے ره گئی آں

With every breathe I see my paramour
